Biography
I grew up in London and moved to the South West to study social policy and social work and came to Bristol in 1984.
I have worked in the voluntary sector for over 30 years in a wide range of health and social care
settings, including social housing, regeneration projects and for 11 years I managed a charity offering bereavement services.
My personal experience of therapy over the last 30 years has been life changing by providing a space to enable me to work through personal life challenges. This has included Transpersonal Therapy and Person Centred Therapy which are humanistic therapies, that trust people know what they need, and given the space, support and opportunity this can be discovered. My journey has led me towards Gestalt Therapy which I find is a dynamic and exciting approach.
